The Lore
Following the summer of Bière Pacifique, we were determined to have an easy drinking and accessible Pale Ale while also keeping our beer selection fresh and exciting. The solution was a simple one: switching the Australian Pacific for the American Atlantic.
The second brew in our Ocean Series, Bière Atlantique follows the same base as its sister beer. Crafted for effortless drinkability without compromising character or depth.
The Process
At 4% abv, Bière Atlantique is a light Pale Ale brewed with wheat and oat to provide a smooth, velvety texture and body. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain for subtle farmhouse character and ester complexity.
A dry hop of American grown Centennial and Willamette provides a vibrant aroma of citrus, pine and spices for an authentic finish of American Pale Ale.
