Born from the long dark of Tallinn, Estonia. Eternal Night is a nomad brewing project launching in early 2026.
We are an international collective of veteran brewers, blending the rustic traditions of farmhouse brewing with the frozen, silent beauty of the North.

SILENCE
Our debut release is a Belgian Imperial Stout as deep and opaque as an Estonian winter night.
This is a study in contrast - merging the crushing weight of a traditional Imperial Stout with the rustic, spicy soul of Belgian farmhouse yeast. Expect waves of dark Belgian chocolate and roasted coffee, softened by the warmth of brown sugar and a complex, dry finish.
