Born from the long dark of Tallinn, Estonia. Eternal Night is a nomad brewing project that launched in March 2026 with our first release of Belgian Imperial Stout Silence.
We are an international collective of veteran brewers, blending the rustic traditions of farmhouse brewing with the frozen, silent beauty of the North.
